| General Medical Officer (GMO) | MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC-recognized university. Foreign graduates must have 4-year MBBS, 1-year internship, and FMGE qualification. A 12-month internship and permanent Medical Council registration are required. |
| Dentist | BDS degree from a DCI-recognized Indian university or equivalent under the Bihar and Odisha Medical Act, 1916. Foreign graduates must complete 4 years of BDS, 1-year internship, and pass the FDST exam conducted by NBEMS. |
| Dresser | Matriculation and C.M.D. certificate from a government-recognized institution. |
| Pharmacist | 10+2 (Science), Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) from a government-recognized institution, and registration with the Bihar Pharmacy Council. B. Pharma and M. Pharma holders must also possess a D. Pharma qualification. |
