Short Information: The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has declared the
Preliminary Result 2025 for the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) and Assistant Engineer (AE) recruitment.
Candidates who appeared in the preliminary examination can now check their qualifying status for the main examination.
The result includes roll numbers of shortlisted candidates based on their performance in the prelims. LIC will soon
release the schedule for the main exam and issue separate admit cards for qualified candidates. The recruitment aims
to fill multiple vacancies for AAO and AE posts across various LIC branches in India. Applicants should download the
official result notice and verify their details carefully.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university or institution.
The age limit is 21 to 30 years (candidates should be born between 02 August 1995 and 01 August 2004, both

AAO (Insurance Specialist)

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a professional qualification in Life
Insurance (Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India).
They should also have at least 5 years of experience working in IRDAI-regulated Life Insurance Companies.
The age limit is 21 to 30 years (candidates must be born between 02 August 1995 and 01 August 2004, both dates
inclusive).
AAO (Legal)

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and PwBD).
They should be enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate and must have at least 2 years of experience
either as an Advocate
or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, company,
or State/Central Government.
